Well, I may be 3,000 miles away, but I still can't ignore a major LA retail newsflash.  Blackburn + Sweetzer reports that Madison and Diavolina have joined forces to became one big Third Street shopping Mecca (offering, wait for it, a bunch of parking; novel in that hood).  Well, in this economy retail is never a sure thing (sort of like ordering fish at a diner), but these two beloved LA standards may just be able to pull this off, mini-Fred Segal-styles.
