My dear pal Sara at Svelte Gourmand blogged all about the West Village's new Popbar, along with offering some healthy summer treat tips (even some for making your own).  The above picture alone is enough command some serious attention.  Some of these gelato pops look like the best Eclair bar ever.

We're all the way in L.A., where it's finally getting truly hot.  Happily we're far from the humidity, but also far from this brilliant ice pop shop.  Maybe you can make your own?  Then invite me over.  Cause I'd rather you do the work:)
