LA (AND BEYOND): THE BEST DAY TO PLAY HOOKY

Oopsy.  I meant to come back on Sunday.  Really I did.  But circumstances beyond my control–including the tantalizing pull of 85-degree weather and the above pool–are forcing me to play hooky today.  So, sadly no real post.  But I promise to make up for it tomorrow.

Or at least I'll try.  The best any of us put upon souls–lolling by turquoise water with spa refreshments–can do is try.
